MG Drushal recently retired from the Army after 33+ years of service. His last assignment was as the Director of Logistics and Engineering of U.S Central Command responsible for planning, directing, and strategic alignment of the Department of Defense engineering and logistics enterprises in support of U.S. Central Command strategic goals in the Middle East. MG Drushal served as the 29th Chief of Transportation and Commander of the Army’s Security Assistance Command. MG Drushal is known for his ability to solve problems, build teams and delivering strategic outcomes. MG Drushal has multiple deployments in support of the War on Terrorism.
An Army general officer since 2014, MG Drushal served in executive positions where he was able to lead large global organizations, build strategic plans through consensus and connection with the workforce, and secure the resources and authorities required for growth, expansion, and excellence. These include assignments as the senior logistician for U.S. forces in the Republic of Korea, the Commandant of the Army’s Transportation School, the Commander of the Army’s Security Assistance Command, and culminating as the senior logistician in U.S. Central Command.
MG Drushal has a passion for solving complex problems, leading, teamwork, and delivering strategic outcomes. He delivers these outcomes while also developing his direct reports and teammates in a positive, fun, and empowering climate. He believes the best ideas flow from the bottom up. He is at his best when getting out into the employees’ workspaces to understand their contributions and solicit their input and feedback. He is known for getting results, for his charisma, his sense of humor, and his mastery of 80s pop culture; Jeff uses these references more often than Ferris Buehler skips school.
MG Drushal is a 1989 graduate of the University of Tampa, majoring in Business Administration. In addition to his undergraduate work at the University of Tampa, he has also earned an MS in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and an MA in Strategic Studies from the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. He has leveraged his experience and these educational opportunities to develop outstanding skills in strategic leadership and governance, supply chain management, distribution, data-driven process improvement.

MG Drushal is a die-hard lifetime Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, a barbecue master, a great cook, and a bad golfer. He is a self-described Crossfit athlete; if you ask him about Crossfit, he will tell you about it until he sounds like Charlie Brown’s teacher.
