Mission

Execute Transportation Officer, Warrant Officer, and Enlisted personnel development actions to support the eight life-cycle management functions. Coordinate personnel management policies and force structure actions.

Key Functions

The Transportation Corps Personnel Proponent Office focuses on the management of the eight personnel life-cycle functions. Manages professional development information contained in DA Pam 600-3, DA Pam 600-25, and DA Pam 611-21 in order to provide clear guidance to Officers, Warrant Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Soldiers, and selection boards. Executes the Officer and Warrant Officer Accessions Program.

Structure

Review all Table Organization and Equipments (TOEs) and Table of Distribution Allowances (TDAs) for proper position grading standard duty titles.

Acquisition

Monitor total Army end strength manpower management, which includes accessions, attrition, and promotions.

Distribution

Evaluate distribution plan authorizations (assignments & inventory) for Force Structure changes.

Development

Process of developing people training criteria to validate Army Educational Requirements System (ERS) and to manage Traning with Industry (TWI) opportunities.

Deployment

Mobilization planning & management for troops, civilians, cargo, and weapons systems.

Compensation

We ensure that pay, entitlements and Army benefits sea pay (Compensation & Policies), as well as, civilian compensation matters.

Sustainment

We sustain the well being of Army personnel to establish and maintain communication.

Transition

Retirement, Stop Loss, and move impact service obligation policies along with the proposals personnel transition program.

  • Monitor Transportation Corps Warrant Officer structure and submit adjustments, as needed
