Colonel William (Will) C. Arnold is a native of Wharton, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the Transportation Corps.

Command Sergeant Major Kenneth E. Hood III is a native of Columbus, OH. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in October 1994.

CW5 Terry Throm

Chief Warrant Officer Five Terry F. Throm is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. He entered the Army in February 1985, completing basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Advance Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Dix, New Jersey where he was trained as an 88M Army Motor Transport Operator. He was accessed into the Warrant Officer Corps and became a Mobility Warrant Officer, MOS 882A, in 2006.

Mrs. Linda A. Nichols is the Deputy to the Commandant for the U.S. Army Transportation School (USATSCH) responsible for supervising and directing the execution of the Commandant’s decisions and policies across all core functions.

Assistant Commandant

Lieutenant Colonel Saul A. Arroyo

A native of Florida, LTC Arroyo began his military service in 1995. He assumed the role of Assistant Commandant of the Transportation School at Fort Gregg-Adams in July, 2024.
