Colonel William (Will) C. Arnold is a native of Wharton, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the Transportation Corps.

Chief Warrant Officer Five John Zabler grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He entered active duty in 2000 as an 88L Watercraft Engineer and was accessed into the Warrant Officer Corps in 2005 and earned the MOS of 881A Marine Engineering Officer.
