Chief Warrant Officer Five Thomas “Tom” Wilson is a native of Wellsville, Ohio. He entered the United States Army in January 1990 and was accessed into the Warrant Officer Corp’s in 1995. His civilian education includes Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Westminster College, New Wilmington PA, and an executive certificate in Leadership and Management from The University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
